What this website collects
This website does not store your booking details. The booking form only builds a message on your own device; nothing is sent until you choose to send it to us on WhatsApp or LINE.
What we receive
When you message, call or email us we receive the details you choose to share — usually your name, contact, preferred date and time, the treatment, and any notes such as injuries or pregnancy so we can treat you safely.
How we use it
Only to arrange and provide your treatment and to answer your questions. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Booking conversations are kept in our messaging apps for as long as needed to manage bookings, and are deleted when no longer needed.
Third-party services
WhatsApp, LINE, Google Maps and Google Fonts are run by other companies with their own privacy policies. Map embeds and fonts load from Google when you open a page.
Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.
