Which Luna Soul should I visit?
Phuket Town is our original spa, with the water-ring head spa, massage by the hour and the Secret Garden ice bath and sauna. Luna Soul Oasis at Holiday Inn Resort Karon Beach offers longer rituals and poolside Fire & Ice. Menus and prices differ.
How do I book and pay?
Book online: choose your spa, treatment, date and time and your booking is confirmed straight away. For now you pay at the spa. You can also message us on WhatsApp or LINE.
What time is the last booking in Phuket Town?
The last booking for treatments is 8 pm. The Secret Garden ice bath and sauna is open 10:00–20:00.
Is the ice bath safe for me?
For most healthy adults, yes — stay in only as long as feels right. If you are pregnant, or have a heart condition or high blood pressure, check with your doctor first.
Do I need to bring a towel?
No — towels are included with every Secret Garden visit.
Can I buy a multi-visit pass?
Yes: 5 sessions for 2,750 THB (use within 3 months) or 10 sessions for 5,000 THB (within 6 months).
How long does a head spa take?
The Luna Signature Head Spa is 90 minutes (or 120 with an added neck and shoulder massage). The Holistic Ritual is 120 minutes.
Will my hair be dry when I leave?
Yes. Every head spa finishes with serum and a professional blow-dry.
I have an oily scalp or dandruff — which treatment?
Start with the scalp scan in any head spa so we can see it. Luna Refresh (60 min, 1,590 THB) is designed to clean the scalp and reduce oiliness and dandruff.
When is Luna Soul Oasis open?
Luna Soul Oasis is open daily 10:00–21:00 (last booking 21:00) inside Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach, 568 Patak Road, Karon. Book on WhatsApp or LINE.
Do I need to stay at the hotel to visit the Oasis?
No. Outside guests are welcome — book ahead and ask at the hotel reception for Luna Soul Oasis when you arrive.
Can I book for two or more people?
Yes. Choose the number of people in the booking form and we will arrange therapists and rooms.
Is this the same as a Japanese head spa?
In the steps, yes: a scalp check, cleanse, mask and water-ring rinse, as in Japanese and Korean head spas. We add Thai herbs and warm coconut oil.
Does a head spa help with hair loss?
A head spa cleans the scalp, relaxes you and leaves hair soft and light. It is not a medical treatment, so for ongoing hair loss please see a dermatologist.
Can two of us have a head spa at the same time?
Yes. Add a second guest when you book online and you will both start at the same time. For larger groups, message us on WhatsApp or LINE.
Is there a head spa at Luna Soul Oasis in Karon?

How often should I have a head spa?
Once a month is a good rhythm for scalp care. On holiday, one session is enough to wash away the sun, sea and sweat.
What is a gua sha facial?
Gua sha is a traditional Chinese technique: a smooth stone glides over the face to ease tension and refresh the skin. Our Crystal Stone Classic Facial follows it with a deep-cleansing massage and a moisturising mask.
Can I combine a facial with a head spa?
Yes. Luna Rejuvenated combines a gua sha facial massage with Luna head massage and a hair spa in 120 minutes, and Luna Reborn Exclusive adds a full-body hot stone massage.
Which massage is best for a first time in Thailand?
Try a traditional Thai massage: no oil, firm pressure and stretches. If you just want to relax, choose an aroma oil massage instead.
Can I choose the pressure?
Yes. Tell your therapist before you start, or at any time during the massage, and they will adjust it.
Can two of us have a massage together?
Yes — we have massage rooms for one or two. Add a second guest when you book online and you will start at the same time.
Do you have massage without oil?
Yes: Traditional Thai Massage, Foot Massage, Dry Head Massage, and Back and Shoulder Massage are all done without oil.
